What payment methods can I use?

 There are currently 2 payments methods used:

• DirectPay
• Prepaid (Submit proof of prior payment)

How do I see what payments are due?

When signed in, there is a payment menu item with a ‘payments due’ tab on it. When clicked, it shows all upcoming and overdue payments which need to be tended to. 

How do I make a credit card payment?

When selecting the ‘DirectPay’ payment method, the user is directed to a separate interface with a set of instruction to guide the user on how to make a credit card payment.

I received an email telling me that I need to make a Lease payment. What do I do now?

The email would also detail the Lease code for which this payment is due. You would then need to sign into your account and fulfill this payment obligation.
